Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

1. Purpose of the Promotion Upon purchasing a DareMapp audio guide, the user will receive a promotional code valid for one «eSIM 2GB for 15 days in Europe» data pack on our partner’s platform, Turtrip.

2. Delivery of the Code The activation code is not public. DareMapp will send the corresponding code to the user via the purchase confirmation email or through a notification within the App.

3. Coverage and Included Countries The benefit applies exclusively to the «Europe · 2GB · 15 days» pack by Turtrip.

  • Validity: This pack is functional in the vast majority of European countries.
  • Destination Check: Users must verify the updated list of included countries at https://turtrip.com/europa/.

4. Technical Requirements and Compatibility It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have an eSIM-compatible mobile device and that the handset is unlocked (not restricted to a specific carrier).

  • Notice: DareMapp and Turtrip will not issue refunds or compensation for hardware incompatibility.

5. eSIM Conditions of Use

  • Usage Limit: This promotion is strictly limited to one single activation per registered user on the Turtrip platform. The code is not cumulative and cannot be redeemed by accounts that have previously benefited from this promotion.
  • Fraud Prevention: DareMapp and Turtrip reserve the right to cancel codes if fraudulent or duplicate use by the same holder is detected.
  • Duration: The data plan expires 15 calendar days after activation. Once the 2GB are exhausted or the period ends, the connection will cease.
