- Can I buy the tour in any language? Each tour is available in some specific languages. Once you have purchased it, you can change the language in the “My profile” menu.
- I have a discount code, how can I use it? Discount codes have to be used directly on the app. You can’t redeem codes on the web.
- How long will the tour be available after I purchase it? Forever, it does not expire.
- Do I need to have Internet or mobile data on my device? Yes. We’re currently working on an offline mode, but for now, you’ll need an internet connection.
- Does it include tickets to the tourist attractions? No. We do provide you with the link to the corresponding purchase site, but it is up to you to decide whether you want to buy them or not.
